Job Description:

Nature of the role is to support various internal customers of the company and provide help desk support in an entry level capacity.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

*Deliver basic technical support to end-users

*Interact with customers to help troubleshooting

*Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by basic triage methods

*Research required information using available resources to provide details to escalation engineering resources.

*Escalate problems appropriately to relevant team and / or resource

*Follow standard processes / procedures via a detailed run book and procedure manual.

*Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations


Experience and Skills:

*Preferred 1-3 Years of help desk customer support experience and or Associates Degree in related field

* Working Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications

* Basic working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems

* High Attention to detail

*Ability to speak / write clearly and accurately

* Technical writing experience is a plus

*Ability to quickly learn multiple processes is a must.

*Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

*Effective listening skills

*Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good

*Maintain SLA’s
